Homeowners Association: Separate Associations for Tanoan West and Tanoan East. Members pay monthly dues. Association has professional managemnet under the control of a Board of Directors. Speedbumps, gentle slopes and overall street design encourage slow traffic, walking, jogging and bicyling.
